Application review Our Recruitment team will review your application and may contact you to discuss your experience further.
Interview We’ll get to know you through up to 2–3 conversations, either in person or online, to understand your skills and how you’d fit with the team.
Pre-employment checks Depending on the role, we may complete checks such as a medical, reference checks or verification of relevant licences and records. We’ll let you know exactly what’s required so there are no surprises.
Offer & onboarding If you’re successful - welcome to McNab! You’ll receive a formal offer and access to our digital onboarding portal to help you get started smoothly.
